All orders ship with the US Postal Service. Greeting cards are mailed with a real stamp and postcards are mailed with an endicia permit. Card and gifts packages under one pound ship First Class Mail Package service with tracking, and packages over one pound ship Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process and are based on the weight and destination of the items.

We ship worldwide, with USPS First Class International mail.
Yes, you can upgrade at anytime. If you downgrade, there is a 90 day cooling-off period before you can re-subscribe.
For our silver and gold members, simply text 'hi' to 657-800-7375 (we recommend saving this number in your phone for easy access). PERL will walk you through sending a card, postcard or campaign.
Because of the custom nature our printing and product fulfillment processes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for print on-demand orders once they have entered the printing process. Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order, by logging into your Banner Season account and viewing your Order History.
You can cancel at anytime simply by logging into your Banner Season account and going to the Membership Settings under My Profile. Cancelled accounts will lose access to features and discounted product pricing.
